Recognized health care clinician with an extensive 36 year history in nursing. My current position is the Hemophilia Coordinator for St. Luke’s Hemophilia Center

 

  • This includes the managing, coordination of all patients’ medical care with a bleeding disorder in the State of Idaho
  • Promotion of financial interpretive awareness to achieve transformative change through coordinated strategic improvement at all levels of the organization
  • Significant experience in the Quality Improvement skills vital to managing healthcare microsystems within a healthcare macrosystems environment
  • Utilizing Dartmouth Institute of Microsystem Academy implemented Microsystem-Front lines, Mesosystem-Service Lines & Care Pathways, Macrosystem-Organizations, to finally the Metasystem-Networks & Registries.
  • Recognize national advocate in successful insurance coverage of necessary critical medications affecting patient quality of life.
  • Identified, evaluated and revised, with collaboratively team input, interdepartmental procedures combining the ambulatory clinic and in patient quality of experience with clarifications and revisions
