Additional Information

Are you ready to learn a skill set that enables you or your organization to become the recognized expert on responding to both traumatic and insidious Soul Injuries? Join Deborah Grassman and the Opus Peace leadership team (a physician, 3 nurses, a trauma-specialized massage therapist, and a trauma counselor) to learn how to liberate unmourned loss and unforgiven guilt/shame that can sabotage lives. Based on time-honored ceremonies that facilitate hope and healing within a large group of participants, you will receive an in-depth leadership course that empowers you to:
  • Provide five different programs that include: 1-hour "Fallen Comrades Ceremony" for Veterans and First Responders, 1-hour "Compassionate Caregivers Ceremony" for Healthcare Providers working in burnout-risk environments, and Soul Injury presentations adaptable to 3 different populations: Generalized public, Personal/Professional healthcare providers, and Veterans/First Responders/Traumatized populations
  • Contextualize program content for your targeted population: professional healthcare providers, personal caregivers, Veterans, First Responders, seriously- or chronically-ill patients, traumatized/abused/neglected populations, marginalized groups, the elderly, etc.
  • Receive everything you need to provide presentations on Soul Injury: powerpoint slides, music-slide shows, and follow-up tools (including copyrighted materials and intellectual property permission)
  • Consult with the Opus Peace team for your initial event and de-briefing after the event to develop confidence and competence in providing programs independently
  • Be mentored by Opus Peace staff for one year to hone leadership skills
  • Participate in monthly webinars for networking, inspiration, and problem-solving
  • Become a presenter at professional conferences on Soul Injury®
  • Become part of the Opus Peace Speaker's Bureau
  • Utilize Soul Injury materials to promote your cause
  • Become an Opus Peace affiliate, a revenue-sharing enterprise that allows you to personally promote the Soul Injury message
