POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES This position will focus on making sure discharges that are set up for the weekend are completed as planned

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS License; travel experience; must have extensive recent experience as a RNCM doing DCP and UR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge Of Local Resources

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday 8:00- 18:00 ; guaranteed work week
