Responsibilities:Located in downtown Fresno, Community Regional Medical Center is home to the region’s only Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. As our Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator, you’ll help drive excellence across one of California’s most advanced trauma programs—ensuring every process and outcome reflects the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
- Coordinate and facilitate trauma performance improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, trending, and benchmarking of clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with trauma leadership, physicians, and nursing staff to identify improvement opportunities and implement evidence-based interventions that enhance patient care.
- Develop and present performance reports, case reviews, and data-driven insights to promote accountability and continuous learning within the trauma service line.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trauma quality metrics, guiding compliance and standardization efforts across departments.

Qualifications:Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required
- 3 years of trauma nursing experience in either the emergency department or an ICU setting required
- Additional experience in process improvement required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
