UW Health is seeking a LPN / LVN Ambulatory Care for a job in MADISON, Wisconsin.

Work Schedule:                                

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift position. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. 

Pay: 

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a LPN:

  • Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses, psychiatrists, neurologists, pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders.  
  • Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
  • Responsible for referrals, pre-visit management, patient messages regarding sleep study results, refills, and PAP therapy questions and adjustments.
  • Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required

  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required

  • CPR/BLS certification Required
