Operating Room RNs – Glendale – New Arrowhead Campus

Phoenix Children’s is hiring full time/part time Operating Room Nurses for the new Arrowhead Campus. In this position you will provide nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, educating, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate care circulating in the operating room. You will work alongside some of the best surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and nurses in the valley. This position does require a minimum of 1 year circulating nurse experience (pediatric preferred), or Periop 101 training along with a passion to work in a new community hospital surgery department. What is most unique about this role is the joy that you will have, providing family-centered care to our pediatric population! Specialty areas include general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, urology, ENT, and GI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred
• At least one year OR circulating experience

• Current AZ RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure to Arizona law prior to start date
• Current BLS certification
