The supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the Hospice department for both the Sonora and Angel Camp offices. The Hospice Supervisor will manage the Nursing, Home Health Aids, Administrative, MSW's, and Chaplain staff. Important in this role is Community Connections, meeting with Community Groups to help teach Hospice philosophies. In addition to the clinical operations, quality assurance and positive patient care outcomes will also be stressed through effective case management
Current CA Nursing license required. Must have at least 3 years of clinical supervisory experience. Bachelors of Science degree (BSN) or at least five years of home health or acute care experience required. Must have an electronic documentation background, and familiar with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations as they pertain to Hospice.
