Happy new year everyone!

As trusted partners and colleagues in home care, palliative care, and hospice – as well as friends and participants within the HPNA, I’m reaching out to each of you for your thoughts, input, suggestions, and ideas.  Attached is the link to a Survey Monkey.  The local Fresno Sierra HPNA is looking for nominations to fill key positions on its Member Board.  Once we have identified, by your submissions, those with the most nominations another confidential survey will be sent as a “vote” for those positions. 

Exciting news, new this year, eligibility for candidacy has changed.  It’s no longer only “RNs” who can participate on the board.  For example, student nurses who are looking for opportunities to be involved in professional organizations, may hold board positions and/or be members of HPNA. 

The positions to be filled include:

 

President

Vice-President

Treasurer

Secretary

Membership Chair

 

Additionally, there are few questions that will help our local HPNA serve you better.
