Here is the VA North Texas Hospice Partner Fact Sheet. The staff would like to share it with the chapter membership.
There is also a development of a new Hospice-Veteran Partnership, with the next meeting scheduled for Wednesday 4/18/18 at 12pm to be held at the Dallas VA.
