This year the Idaho Immunization Program is seeking nominees for a school immunization award known as the School Immunization Star award. We are sending out a nomination form to schools and school immunization contacts in hopes that these individuals will nominate those working with schools that go above and beyond to improve school immunization. These could be for anyone involved that is/are doing a great job with school immunization, such as school nurses and school staff.
Nominations Close May 9th so please get them in.
