Dear Membership,

The NPPN  Secretary/Treasurer Annu Rajan mailed ballots to all members to vote yes or no to ratifiy the revised constitution.  I thank all members who took the time to vote.  I received 14 yes votes and 0 no votes.  

The NPPN Secretary/Treasurer and myself will be making hard copies of the revised constitution and each of you will received a copy.
