PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY RE YOUR OPINION OF SLEEP INTERVENTIONS!

Title of Research Study: Survey of Healthcare Professional's Perceptions of Non-Pharmacological Interventions to Promote Sleep

Principal Investigator: Elizabeth Capezuti, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor, School of Nursing, Hunter College of the City University of New York

Poor quality of sleep is common among those with advanced serious illness. Several interventions have been demonstrated to improve sleep, however, it is not known the extent to which these are used and how healthcare professionals perceive the benefit or the feasibility of using these interventions.

You are being asked to participate in this research study because you are a palliative/hospice or geriatric health care professional. All information collected is anonymous since we are not collecting any personally identifiable information. Your participation in this research is voluntary.
