2018 School Nurse Conference Service Project

Our service project this year will be 2 part:

                First, we are collecting cash (or check) donations for the Chifundo Clinic in Zambia which is managed by Dr. Marjie Heier, a Nebraska native. A team from Nebraska will be traveling to Zambia this summer to assist with eye surgeries, feminine hygiene education and community health outreach. Donations are tax deductible.  Donations will be collected at the vendor table Mission Heart, which also helps to supply the mission clinics.

Mission Heart will be happy to accept donations of the following:

Cloth diapers and plastic pants, clothes for all ages, shoes (practical), linens, baby care kits, school supplies, medical supplies (crutches, walkers, braces, eye glasses, etc), sewing supplies, health care kits, baby items, OTC medications, sanitary pad kits, gallon size zip lock bags.
