Urgent need for VADDNA Officers

This message is written to update VADDNA membership about why you have not received communications or notifications about chapter business over the past year.                                                                          Over the past year, many of the VADDNA Board of Executives have experienced some degree of a catastrophic health and/or personal crisis. Also, some of these events have included Officer resignations at VADDNA. These events created significant challenges to the organizational structure and operations of VADDNA.

Active participation of VADDNA members is essential to a thriving and vibrant organization  that represents the needs of persons with IID services.

The services of advocacy, education, and networking support by anyone interested in quality health care for persons with IID is the reason VADDNA is reaching out to the membership to recruit officers for VADDNA.

Please notify President Beatrice Claiborne if you are interested in any of the positions: Secretary, Treasurer and  Chapter representative.  Please know that your willingness to serve will ensure successful transition to an organization that has historically and enthusiastically addressed health care issues for persons with IID in Virginia.

Please contact Beatrice Claiborne of your interest in an VADDNA position by July 31, 2018.

Beatrice Claiborne may be contact by replying to this message.
