Many thanks to Board Member, Kim Simpson, who set up our Great Basin chapter day at the Reno ACES! For $16.00 a ticket, we had great seats in the shade and for $7 more, we had hot dogs, chips and a soda. More dogs, popcorn, and ice cream sandwhiches were only a buck each in honor of Archie's birthday. Future nurses enjoyed the family friendly event and scored major kid (or adult) swag: frisbees, sets of major league baseball cards, and mini coke-a-cola stufffed bears. The kids even caught a ball or two and they were signed by some of the Aces team members post-game! Adults had a great time too. Only thing missing was a win. Maybe next year. : )
