Hi:   I hope this finds you well.  Unfortunately, I cannot do the full minutes until next week.  However, I have made the final changes to the scholarship papers.  I did make some independent changes to words to help with flow, but I made no substance changes.  There should be 4 documents.  

Vivan is working on a letter to the schools.  And, then we need to advertise this to hospitals and on Facebook next month.

I also sent this out as "meeting minutes", but that was because I was not sure I could put files to this message.
