Hello School Nurses,

The NURSE Act (Nurses for Under-Resourced Schools Everywhere Act) will be introduced next week by Senator Jon Tester (D-Mt and Representative Dina Titus (D-NV) coinciding with School Nurse Day on May 8th.  The NURSE Act will give grants for school nurses from the Department of Education to Title I schools where there are no school nurses.

Following on the heels of this we will be having a Virtual Hill Day to gather momentum for this important legislation for school nurses and children -- so stay tuned for more information. 

The Virtual Hill Day will be May 21 - 23rd!
