One last reminder of our meeting on Thursday, May 9th at 6:30pm at Pierson Hall on the UMKC Campus. We will be joining the Kansas City Society of Palliative Medicine along with other professionals in our field, medical and nursing students and health care consumers to watch the documentary, Extremis. The film will be followed by a keynote speech from Dr. Jessica Nutik-Zitter! You won't want to miss this! The event is free and open to the public so bring a colleague, friend or loved one.
