Thanks to everyone who came out for our Certification Celebration last week!  It was a packed house with Carol Rauen bringing an awesome presentation on DIC.  

We also discussed Patch Adams and what he stands for... Patch Adams teaches compassion as an intentional thoughtful curriculum. Compassion: a conscious way of being loving, creating atmospheres in people that make comfort and ease suffering... that sounds familiar, like something critical care nurses try to do!  

Critical care nurses are such an incredible group, but to take it a step further and obtain a certification just shows how dedicated and amazing this group really is!  It is an honor to be a part of this wonderful group of nurses!
