Nightingale Partnershp Essay Contest
After experiencing first-hand the effects of a successful partnership, nurse practitioners Kendra Roloff and Melanie Schlittenhardt hope to encourage other nurses to consider professional collaboration opportunities. For this reason, their clinic, Pelican Health, is sponsoring a “Nightingale Partnership” essay contest. The contest is open to all nurses (LPN, RN, and APN). This reflective opportunity will allow nurses to look at their colleagues in a new way that may take their careers to the next level. A winning essay will be an explanation of past, present, or future nurse partnership.
