Welcome Back and Happy New Year!  

Central Alabama Executive Board has just wrapped up our first Board meeting of 2020 and we are so excited about what’s in store for the upcoming year. Both returning and new Board members are eager to collaborate with current and future chapter members, healthcare colleagues and our community as we implement new ideas and carry on traditions.

We will continue Quarterly Chapter Meetings and strive to have these in various settings across the community. Our first chapter meeting will be Thursday, February 6, 2020 6pm at Encompass Health-Hospice (formerly Alacare). Whether you are looking for fun, networking, or educational activities, May just may be your month. Central Alabama HPNA is collaborating with several organizations for community events. We’re also moving our Annual Service project to July for greater chapter and community impact. We’ll wrap up annual chapter/community events with a Fall Conference.

Central Alabama HPNA exists because of YOU! Each and every member, follower, and community supporter plays such an important role in the success of this chapter. Please contact me or any Board member if you have an interest in volunteering, learning about leadership opportunities or collaborating on an event/service, or have questions.
