President Donald Trump urged Americans to follow a strict set of guidelines in the next 15 days to slow the spread of the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 as the number of US cases topped 4,000. The public is urged to avoid social gatherings of more than 10 people, eating or drinking in food courts, restaurants and bars, social visits, and shopping trips.
