Even though we have postponed the Region 2 Annual Luncheon we are still working on ONA Awards and Educational Stipends.  Deadline for submitting both are May 1, 2020. 

Now is the time to submit your nominations for ONA Region 2 members to be recognized for their outstanding service. Follow the Award Nominations link to complete online or you may use the fillable .pdf or .doc file, print and mail via USPS (snail mail). Qualifying Award winners will also be submitted to ONA for awards at the convention this fall. 

We will also be selecting candidates for ONA Region 2 Educational Stipends for RNs advancing their Nursing Degrees and one RN that has published a research article in a peer-reviewed journal this past year. Please complete the online application or you may complete the .pdf or .doc version, print and mail via USPS (snail mail). Please review the criteria for the awards and/or stipends closely while completing the forms. We look forward to reviewing your packets to learn about the excellent RNs, employers, and friends of nursing in the Region 2 area. 

Also, consider running for the Region 2 Board of Directors and remember to complete the consent to serve or for the ONA Region 2 Board of Directors and Delegates. Open positions include President-Elect/ONA Rep, Secretary, Program Coordinator Elect, Director-At-Large and Delegate to the ONA House of Delegates (Bylaws with role descriptions)
