Moral support meeting by Healthy Nurse team, New Jersey State Nurses Association
Dear New Jersey Nurses,
This is a friendly reminder that the Healthy Nurse team will be holding a Moral Support Zoom call this Wednesday, 4/22 at 7PM and also on Wednesday 4/29. The Moral Support Meeting intends to allow nurses to have a safe place where New Jersey nurses can discuss their feelings during this emotionally trying time. Thomas C. Barrett, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist, professor and chair at the College of Saint Elizabeth has been on the calls to help nurses find a way to process their grief and cope with the stressors of our current Covid-19 crisis. We believe these calls have been beneficial in our collective grieving process. During the call, Healthy Nurse, Sandy Foley, will continue to lead us into a laughter yoga session. Indeed, laughter is the best medicine.
