Happy National Nurses Week! As you know, the celebration is May 6 - 12, but we are celebrating the entire month of May! 

We started the celebration with Giving Tuesday (yesterday) GNA/GNF is participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving. As you know, our organization empowers Georgia nurses to lead change and improve health. And with the support of our charitable and philanthropic arm, the Georgia Nurses Foundation (#GNFGivingTuesday), we can offer scholarships to nursing students, sponsor research studies, and finance initiatives for our nurses from the effects the COVID-19 pandemic. Virtual Wine Tasting. Then join us on Tuesday, May 12th at 8:00 PM ET for a Virtual Tasting on Zoom for a summer wine tasting enhanced with music! You will hear from Samara Kaufman, Certified Sommelier and owner of Cinagro Wine Experience, about how to taste wine like a sommelier! She will talk about the 7 S's of wine tasting, how to pair wine with food and discuss summer wine trends. Throughout our virtual tasting, you'll be delighted by the classical and jazz guitar stylings of Nicolas Deuson. You will receive information how to purchase wines for the tasting (this part is totally optional!!) after you register!
