On July 1, 2020, Indiana will join 33 other states in implementing the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). At this time, Michigan has NLC legislation that has passed out of the house and senate committees and is on the Senate floor. ANA-Michigan is working diligently to advocate for NLC legislation and will keep members up to date on the status of this critical and timely legislation. We hope to join Indiana and the 33 other NLC states in victory!
