Palliative Care NP/PA position at Brocktion VA, application deadline is 7/15:
The team at the Brockton VA just posted for a full time hospice and palliative care NP or PA to work M-F in our 15 bed hospice and palliative care unit.
The unit is located on the Brockton Campus of the VA Boston Healthcare System. It has 13 single rooms and one double room. The applicant would work closely with a board certified palliative care physician, social worker, chaplain, nurse manager, nursing staff, speech therapist, recreational therapist, kinesiotherapist, nutritionist and pharmacist to provide hospice and palliative care to Veterans.
Of note, Dr. Jordana Meyerson is the Director of palliative care on the Brockton Campus. The position would report to the Medical Director of the CLC, Dr. Marcus Ruopp.
