We usually have a CSI in the 4th quarter were we can validate competency in restraint application, and use of patient safe handling devices. This year we are doing our CSI remotely so are unable to validate competencies in our traditional method. I am wondering what other hospitals do? Have they been able to show a decrease in staff injuries?
