We are so excited to announce that an article by Carol Bickford, Mary Muse and Deborah Shelton discussing our new  Correctional Nursing:  Scope and Standards of Practice (3rd edition)  is featured in the  American Nurse Journal's latest publication, volume 15, number 9 in its Practice Matters section.  

In part, it states,"Correctional nursing requires flexibility, attention to detail, critical thinking, a strong ability for clinical decision- making, and a sound grasp of the standards of professional nursing practice." The Correctional Nursing:  Scope and Standards of Practice (3rd edition) should be available for purchase in October.
