Please see the attached PDF document for the slide deck that was used to guide this evening's general membership meeting. This is a first for our Chapter (at least in recent times) in regards to scheduling meeting time to provide opportunities to learn about the Chapter structure and processes. We had an engaging discussion with a variety of opinions and ideas about activities that might be meaningful to our members and followers, in addition to CEU activities.  Two of the ideas that stuck this evening were: 

1. Create space for case discussions and opportunities for nurses to openly discuss their work with each other

2. Engage directly with schools of nursing and nursing students to provide networking opportunities for clinical preceptorship for RN and APRN students looking for hospice and palliative care clinical experiences
