Hawaiʻi - American Nurses Association wants to help you achieve your professional goals this year! To do so, we are creating a mentorship program. The program will allow you to act as a mentee or mentor. You will go through a simple application process to be paired with your respective mentee or mentor. The ultimate goal is to assist students with their transition to practice, provide practicing RNs with career guidance, network, build leadership skills, collaborate across specialties and islands, and to learn from one another.
