Shiftwork Research Study!
We are seeking health care workers who:
Are 50-65 years old
Work regular 8-hour overnight shifts
You may be eligible to participate in a 2-week research study to help us understand how the timing and duration of sleep impact performance, well-being, and mood. You will wear a wrist activity monitor, complete daily questionnaires, and sleep at specific times. No visits to our research lab will be required, all study procedures will be carried out remotely.
Payment is up to $500.
