Senate Bill 0191 

Changes proposed to the bill includes physician assistants,  nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists as mental health care provders. The proposed changes will allow for timely pre-admission screening, substance use disorder assessment, and ordering of restraints to name a few.
