What a lovely way to spend such a beautiful day! Welcome to the new Consul General of New York, Elmer Cato, a native of Pampanga and just finished his tour of duty in Tripoli. The reception was sponsored by PACEC headed by Juliet Payabyab at the Ilocano CTR in Hillside , Queens, NY. There was a total of 25 Fil-Am organizations invited from New Jersey, Connecticut and of course New York. It also became a venue to honor and thank the frontliners, especially the nurses, and Beth Nacional Rivera and I were honored to represent WCFANA!
