The Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) is receiving extra Medicaid funding through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. DMS is asking waiver participants or their caregivers to complete its survey (see link below). The survey is anonymous. Your responses will help guide DMS on how to best use these funds to improve the delivery of services to you or your loved one. We ask that you complete the survey no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern on Monday, May 31.
