About the Conference
The HPNA Clinical Practice Forum will take place virtually August 26-27, 2021. At this two-day event, we will explore advancements in palliative care, examine the latest best practices, expand our knowledge of caring for patients with serious illness, and network with other hospice and palliative care professionals.
