How do you nominate someone?  It's easy-just click on our "Resources" tab on the FSAOHN Website and scroll down to Awards & Scholarships, select the appropriate application, complete the application and send it in.

Know someone who has implemented a unique method of advancing occupational health nursing? Or demonstrated leadership abilities including trust, integrity, professionalism, leadership and education? Maybe they improved the delivery of occupationa health nursing care, or volunteered their time as a retiree, going above and beyond the call of duty or inspired others? LET THEM KNOW with a nomination today (deadline August 19).

The categories are:

Nurse of the Year 2021, Employer of the Year 2021, Provider of the Year 2021, Retiree of the Year 2021, Bruce Shaw Medique Leader 2021, and Sally Sweet Best Practice Award.  This is a great way to recognize a person or entity that really did something special in the past year.
