The Red Cross has issued the attached call for Nurse and other healthcare worker volunteers to provide disaster relief. Training is included; the letter details the requirements needed to be considered, and a link to the application.

This is an exciting opportunity for nurses in all areas of practice to engage in this nurse-led model of disaster relief.  And nurse participation is sorely needed at this time.
