Pursuant to our bylaws it is time to vote on the positions that compose your Board of Directors. 
I would like to take this time to thank all of our membership for the honor of serving as both the President and the Recording Secretary.At this time I am not seeking re-election for these positions.

Elections will take place at our December meeting. If you are not attending, please send an e mail to Clizita55@@aol.com to express your interest in a position and/or to nominate a member who meets the requirements for positions as follows:

PRESIDENT: is the Chair of the Board,must be a member for 3 years,Bachelors degree preferred and or be a CRNI, and be a member of the National INS.

RECORDING SECRETARY:serves as a member of the board,records all meetings,maintains all records and ensures that the website is current.Must be a member of National INS and be a chapter member for one year.

TREASURER: serves as a member of the board,maintains all financial records,and reports the financial status to the BOD, be a member of the National INS, and is responsible for an annual brief report to the IRS and an annual report to National INS.Must be a member of our chapter for 3-5 years minimum.

EDUCATIONAL COORDINATOR  Serves as a member of the board, must be a member of the National INS,responsible for setting up education programs for meetings ( coordination with speakers,disseminating info to membership and must be a member for at least one year.
