AACN Chapter at UCLA

Join the AACN Chapter at UCLA in this on-going volunteer opportunity to help provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the COVID-19 vaccine to the community!

VaxForce is a volunteer registration and matching system that allows healthcare professionals and students to staff vaccination events throughout California, including the Trust A Nurse, Ask A Nurse (TANAAN) program.  TANAAN is a telehealth program connecting Californians with a registered nurse via live video chats to create a trusting relationship, understand concerns and fears, and provide scientific information so that the individual can make informed decisions about receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.  TANAAN aims to increase trust, transparency, and provide access to vaccine information for California's underserved and under-resourced communities.

Trust a Nurse, Ask a Nurse (TANAAN) welcomes volunteers with the following licenses:

  • Registered Nurses

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurses

Volunteer opportunities are available Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 7pm.
