 Isabel Bruce, RN, BSN, NC-BC

 I am an RN, BSN, NC-BC, through the American Holistic Nurse Credentialing Corporation, since January of 2021. I have been a nurse since 2010, started as a CNA, LPN, ASN and now BSN-NC, BC. I started my nursing career in hospice, then moved to home health and have side stepped into Med/Surg, Assisted Living, and served our veterans with the VA here in Boise, ID, I currently work in a residency clinic that provides health care to the local underserved communities, I am in Infection Control, Employee Health and Staff Education. I am a patient advocate and just as importantly, and advocate of nurses everywhere! I love to be in nature, have two dogs, love skiing, hiking, fishing, and anything that promotes self-care, introspection and wellness. Pursuing nurse coaching and how it can impact our current healthcare crisis is now an innate part of me.

 Sandra Thomas, BS, ADN, RN

Sandra Thomas is a graduate R.N. who began her nursing career in 1976, in the operating room. Thereafter, she served as a civilian nurse for both the Army and Air Force in various departments. She is currently retired from school nursing but continues to work as a substitute school nurse. Sandra is working on her book while completing her nurse coach certification program.
