INA is pleased to share Ngage Management has recently added new staff to provide supports and services to INA members.

 

Laura Fuller joined the team as the Associate Director on January 10th and will serve directly under Tobi Lyon, Executive Director. Laura will assist Tobi with the INA and INF board, membership strategies, non-dues revenue, and program management. She brings more than 25 years of association experience to the team. Her extensive background includes expertise in board governance, accredited education, and membership recruitment and retention. Laura has many years of healthcare provider leadership, management, and operations experience. Before joining Ngage Management, Laura began her career with the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and has since served as the Director of Education and Membership for the Healthcare Association of Michigan and as the Executive Director of the Education Foundation for LeadingAge Michigan. Throughout her longstanding career, she has also provided ongoing support to the American College of Healthcare Administrators and the Michigan Chapter of the National Association Directors of Nursing Administration. Laura earned her Certification in Association Management and has been a Certified Meeting Planner since 2009.

 

 

Sarah Botruff joined the INA team earlier in 2021 as an Event and Membership Specialist. Sarah will lead the planning of both Legislative Days and the Annual Conference. Some of you may have already met her, but we wanted to make sure you learned a little more about Sarah while introducing Laura. Sarah is a self-proclaimed management and organization fanatic, so it makes perfect sense that she loves putting on successful events and getting answers to their membership questions. For Sarah, it’s all about communication. She proves that every day, both in her work at INA and in her current pursuit of a master’s degree in Communication from Purdue University. She brings a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and over six years of related professional experience to her position. Sarah’s passion for bringing people together and creating a successfully shared expertise makes her a positive force for our clients and an asset to Team INA.
