Oregon House Bill 4142 would make it a class C felony to intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause physical injury to a hospital worker. 

HB 4142 will have a public hearing in front of the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday, February 3rd, starting at 3:15 pm.
