Massachusetts/Rhode Island League for Nursing (MARILN) is pleased to offer its Mentoring Program to faculty new in the academic nurse educator role.  Consistent with our goal to promote excellence in nursing education is our desire to support nursing faculty in evidence-based teaching and learning practices and role development. We recognize that most nursing programs offer new faculty a dedicated, program-centered orientation. 

To augment these programmatic efforts, MARILN’s mentoring program will emphasize current nurse educator core competencies, the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes for ongoing professional advancement in the role of the academic nurse educator in classroom, online, clinical, lab, and/or simulation settings.
