This bill would enact the Recruit, Empower, Support, Pay, Educate, Connect and Train (RESPECT) Nurses act.  It would provide education and workforce funding in order to increase the number of nurses in New York.  In addition, it provides for regulatory relaxation to promote nurses working to top of education and licensure, and addresses academic-practice partnership facilitation.
