The NM Nurses Association successfully lobbied for every NM nurse who works full time in a hospital throughout 2022 to receive a $1000 tax credit when filing that year’s tax return.
(Applications must include a certification from the NM hospital where the nurse was employed in 2022, that the taxpayer was employed full time throughout 2022 as a nurse).
