Healing Touch St. Louis presented a series of 7 programs during the fall - spring with 1 chakra presented during each 2 hour program.       These are available on the Healing Touch St. Louis web site (             ( https://healingtouchstlouis.nursingnetwork.com).         

The series is available to public view and you can pick/ choose to review each as you wish.    Full details for each  program are included .  This may be a great way to spend a bit of time for self care. 

If you are in a discipline that requires class hours,  this may be a cost effective way to obtain this.     We did not apply for credits to be given. 

Beckah Reed believes in the integration of body, mind, and spirit, and works with subtle energy
to create wholeness, a full presence-ing of self. The experiences of the pandemic have caused a
type of displacement for many, a fear of the human body (including our own) with the result
that we may tend to “live outside of” ourselves. Subtle energy is a tool for self-healing, as well
as distance healing; it is a way of diving deeply into the cells of our bodies and resurfacing
refreshed and grounded.
