The National Institute of Corrections has released a downloadable user guide and desktop app for the Women’s Correctional Safety Scales (WCSS), a new tool that helps to identify further gaps in the safety of women’s facilities. The WCSS toolkit is available online at https://nicic.gov/wcss-toolkit.
