The Center for Public Health Continuing Education is located at the School of Public Health at the University at Albany.  The Center has an extensive public health online training catalog of courses (most are free) and most offer CNE (for a minimal fee of $5 an hour).  You can access the catalog here:

We continue to provide the free non-academic credit bearing certificate “PHN Ready”.  https://www.albany.edu/cphce/certificates.shtml  Many state, territorial and local health departments require their PH Nurses complete the certificate in their first year of employment.
