Lyn is the owner and director of Advancing Nurse Coaching. She began coaching more than 30 years ago, teaching resilience based on the principles of The Resilience Paradigm in private practice. As a lifelong teacher and leader in the field, Lyn has worked in a variety of nursing settings, including as a medical-surgical staff nurse, in ICU-CCU, nursing education, public health, and as a supervisor in home health and hospice.
